Loft conversions are usually designed and created in one of the following formats and we can deliver the specification agreed by you and your architect:

• Basic Conversion/VeluxTM:  converting your existing loft space without changing the shape of your property, by installing roof lights or sloping windows.

• Dormer:  creating an extension to your roof to provide additional head and floor space, and adding dormer windows to allow greater natural light.

• Hip to Gable:  extending the ridge line of the roof to the full width of the property, creating full-length headroom for the whole width of the property.

• Mansard:  requires more construction work through changing the structure of the roof significantly and is typically more expensive, but creates maximum space in the roof of your existing property and can be finished in a number of ways to match the existing building style.
